ABOUT THE POSITION

We have several locations in the area and we are also hiring in Simi Valley and Camarillo.

We are looking for a PT who is friendly, out-going, hard-working, passionate about therapy, compassionate (yet tough), has a desire to learn, flexible, motivated, team-player, reliable, open-minded, collaborative, has integrity, in other words a superman/superwoman.

You should have an interest or experience in Orthopedics, sports medicine, and women's health.

I believe our company has the culture which encourages excellent patient care, a workplace where the employee is valued and a clinical setting which emphasizes constant learning.

Patient care is augmented by constant in person or EMR-generated communication with our physicians for collaboration and feedback.  Our benefits equal or exceed others in the community.

Family considerations are recognized and schedules are flexible.  In house continuing education is provided twice a year on the advice of staff and additional con.ed. is possible. Aside from normal benefits, professional licensure and association dues are paid.

While there is no uniform, each employee has a "uniform allowance" to use on branded clothing items. We pride ourselves on community involvement across the county, supporting multiple events annually.

Our patient population ranges in age from 3 - 95 and we service depends on schedule: 15-18 patients per 10 hour day; 12-14 patients per 8 hour day.

Why you should come work for us:
We trace our roots back to the 1930's. Our physicians, physical therapists, and staff have been dedicated to serving the people of Ventura County since our inception. We are now one of the oldest group practices in California.

Our physicians have served as leaders of county and state orthopedic and medical societies. Throughout the past, many of our physicians have served as Chief of Staff as well as many other leadership roles at various hospitals in Ventura County, which is a heritage that continues to this day.

Our expertise in shoulder, wrist, hand, knee, elbow, spine, hip, foot and ankle care is evident in the exemplary fellowship training held by many of our physicians as well as in the outstanding clinical facilities in which we care for our patients.
