Description: We are looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to run our fast growing outpatient company in Woodbridge, NJ.


We are a physical therapy center that focuses on helping patients recover from chronic pain and injuries and regain an active, pain-free lifestyle. With three office locations in Union, Edison and Woodbridge in New Jersey and another one on the way in the next 6 months, we are growing fast.

We provide outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy, workers comp rehab, a neuropathy program and lots more.

Our neuropathy program combines patient-specific, hands-on physical therapy with MicroVas Therapy (MVT), a cutting-edge, non-invasive physical medicine treatment that is proven successful in treating patients with pain stemming from peripheral, diabetic and post-chemo therapeutic neuropathies.

We service pediatric to geriatric patients on average 11 - 14 per day.

Responsibilities include, just to list a few duties:

Displays appropriate technical knowledge and application of available modalities and other equipment.

Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients/clients, visitors and staff.
Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions.
Complies with appropriate and approved security and safety standards.

Utilizes appropriate leadership skills in delegating, organizing and educating coworkers and staff.
Participates in and contributes to quality improvement process.
Demonstrates effectiveness in allocation of time resources and work efficiency.
Distinguishes between low and high priority activities
Makes effective use of discretionary time
Meets established productivity standards
