ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Private Physical Therapy outpatient clinic providing general physical therapy and specializes in women's health in Ventura, CA. Compensation:$95K to $105K DOE. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We provide physical therapy, orthopedics and pelvic health to a mostly adult population, but ages range from 10 to 100.
We have a nice 3000 sq ft facility with 10 staff where we all are enjoying helping our communities recover their health.
We are looking to add a Physical Therapist, and hopefully you are one who is friendly with a caring demeanor and a team player that treats all staff members as equals and motivated with a continued desire to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and some neurological conditions
- Progress reports to be completed once every 30 days
- Communication with referring provider as necessary
- Develop a customized plan for each patient
- Provide discharge report at completion of care
- Strong manual therapy skills or desire to learn
- Delegation to technicians when appropriate
- Supervision of PTA
- EMR computer documentation
