We have three main areas of emphasis which are broadly categorized as  general orthopedics,  chronic pain, and vestibular disorders, that we would like you to be familiar with or have an interest in.

We also expect you to work towards several certifications of interest to you and useful for us.

Why you should come work for us:

Like all establishments, we intend to do a top-notch job.  To enhance our ability to succeed in this goal we opt to focus on certain areas of practice, and by narrowing this down we want to go deeper into skill development in certain areas.  Our staff is, therefore, able to more effectively support each other's learning.  We are able to practice with and challenge each other on an ongoing basis with techniques and clinical thinking.

Our areas of emphasis are outlined above, and if you are interested in joining a team of like-minded colleagues to become a better clinician, this is your place.

We value professional development and exchange of ideas.  We meet twice monthly for educational purposes and practice.  Anyone who returns from con-ed is expected to share.

We have a sane workday schedule.  Treatment sessions are 40 min of one-on-one time.   Dedicated documentation time is also allotted.

The work environment is aesthetically pleasing.  The gym has plenty of natural light and the treatment rooms are actual rooms of ample size.

Sonoma County is a wonderful place to reside if you enjoy the outdoors.  Hiking, cycling, climbing, and water sports (ocean and river) are here and close by in abundance.

The wine country is also a well-known feature of the area.  While we are officially a rural county, the San Francisco bay area is accessible one hour down the road.
