We provide out patient speech and language services for both children and adults covering the full scope of out patient services.

We are a growing company and as such there are tremendous opportunities for career development.  A year ago we opened a satellite office in Poulsbo 30 minutes away from our primary location on Bainbridge Island. 

We intend to add the equivalent of 4 full time SLPs or SLPAs as quickly as we can accomodate that.  The local hospital closed their out patient clinic at the end of 2022 and we are very busy absorbing the extra clients and referrrals who need our help. 

We service patients of all ages caring for patients with various conditions such as: stroke, brain injury, Parkinsons, other progessive neurological conditions, cognitive decline, swallowing and for children we treat: articulation and phonology, auditory processing, autism spectrum disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, language concepts, phonological awareness, pragmatic and social skills, reading and dyslexia, fluency, voice and hearing loss.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building community, enjoys making a positive difference in peoples lives, and wants to help create something bigger.  This is a growth opportunity for someone who likes to challenge themselves and learn new things.  Motivated by duty.  Interested in going after performance based bonuses.

You must be able to provide stand-by-min assistance to older clients who may be a fall risk.  

Additionally, MBS Imp certification is a plus, LSVT training or Shout Out is a plus, Dementia Care experience is also a plus, and PROPMT certification is a plus.   

You should be comfortable working with AAC programs and devices.

We want a family of therapists that look out for each other and take turns stepping up to cover for one another so that our clients get the help that they came to us for. 

Sometimes this looks like sharing ideas for best practices.  Sometimes this looks like getting some over time to help cover a collegue's caseload knowing that when you want time off, they will do the same for you without sacrificing the interests of the families who need services.
