Description: We have an immediate opening for a full time permanent Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic in Albany, OR.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a Physical Therapist owned outpatient clinic delivering Physical Therapy focused on assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal or orthopedic injuries.

Compensation:
$37.00 up to $48.00 doe

ABOUT THE POSITION

We use a wide variety of techniques to help our patient's achieve the fastest results. We are largely movement and exercise based PTs using foundations in Gait and movement analysis along with Selective Function Movement Assessment to determine dysfunction then treat with Manual techniques (including- Maitland, Mulligan, MFR, NAIOMPT), joint specific and functional exercise programming, and education to help our patient's achieve the fastest and longest lasting results.
 
Our patient population ranges in age from 15 - 95, but is typically from 25 - 85 and each therapist sees about 10 -13 patients per day with the clinic as a whole sees 160 - 170 per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, friendly smile and going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations
  • Diagnose and treat patients suffering from medical or other problems that limit function, limit movement, or cause pain in various parts of the body.
  • Work with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan to address dysfunction, reduce pain, restore function, prevent disability, etc.
  • Promote the business as requested, this may include  visiting physician offices, participating in community  marketing events, etc.

Positive, team-oriented, personable with patients and able to listen, understand, and incorporate patient goals into the plan of care, willing to take feedback and direction from management staff, flexible to take on new workflow processes, open to process changes, personal accountability with good follow-through on tasks and duties, willing and able to take on a full schedule of back-to-back patients  during the day, on-time starting and ending with each patient.
