Description: Full time opening for a Pediatric Dentist, for our fun and fast paced dental office in beautiful Napoleon, OH.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a private Dental practice in Napoleon, OH offering a complete menu of services including General Dentistry, Pediatrics and Orthodontic.

Compensation:
Base salary of about $200k + percentage of production.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will see all our pediatric patients and own all things related to pediatric dentistry. However, you will have mentorship from the owner doctor if you desire. You will also be surrounded by very experienced general dentists to bounce questions off of if needed. It’s a very team-oriented environment. You will have access to all new state of the art equipment and supplies.

You will have a full, productive schedule with great pay. Our current Associate's schedule filled extremely quickly, making this a very productive and lucrative position. The pay will be a base rate plus benefits and incentive for production. Our team includes over 40 staff members, including three general dentists and six hygienists. We also work with an anesthesiologist who comes to our office on an as-needed basis for GA sedation cases. We have great strategies in place to attract new patients and have recently added an orthodontist to our team, which will also help grow our pediatric dental services.
