Immediate opening for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director in our outpatient clinic in Novato, CA
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are a patient care focused PT owned practice with 5 locations, 4 in the bay area and 1 in San Diego. There is potential for staff to move from one location to another if a position comes available. We provide Women's Health, Adolescent PT, Orthopedic PT, Post Surgical PT, Sport Specific PT, Gait/Running analysis, Vestibular PT, PT for Temporomandibular dysfunction and more. Compensation:$105k + and annual bonus based on performance Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Your responsibility as our new Clinic Director will be to manage an outpatient clinic and to help build it up to a flourishing clinic.
At our clinics we employ the McKenzie method and the Herman and Wallace method in our treatments and we are treating a patient population from about 6 years old to 99 years old.
As the director you need to understand how to drive a business and to grow an office independently. Although there will be training you should be independent and have experience in doing this.
The Clinic Director (CD) is responsible for the management and successful performance of the Clinic. The CD reports directly to the Regional Director and CEO. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bottom line operational responsibility for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including: net income, patient acquisition
and service efficiency.
Overall responsibility for delivery of world-class, high-quality clinical service delivery.
End-of-day responsibility for the coaching, mentoring and development and support for all Clinic employees.
Commitment to ongoing self-development via clinical and/or business education.
Driven self-starter with strong leadership abilities and desire/skills to mentor teammates.
About 70% of your time will be devoted to deliver PT services and the rest to various management duties.
