Hiring now for a General Dentist in upscale profitable dental office in Washington, DC.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Privately owned dental office offering a wide range of dental services including family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, and periodontic surgery.
Compensation:35% of collections Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We offer a wide range of dental specialties, including family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, and periodontic surgery. Some of the services we provide include crowns and bridges, dental fillings, dental implants, dentures, Invisalign, root canals, veneers, and sedation dentistry.
Very little pediatrics but plenty of invisalign, implant restorations, veneers, etc. Average patient population age is 30 - 45.
Our office has 10 operatories with the latest up-to-date equipment such as digital xrays, paperless, dentrix software, brand new NSK handpieces, Pano/Ceph, microscope, intra-oral and extra-oral cameras, etc.
We are looking for a General Dentist to provide services you are comfortable doing that are in the best interest of the patient.
We would prefer that complex endo, ECT, be sent to a specialist since we feel the standard of care is best when the procedure is performed by a microscope. We also have a periodontist in house so we want to support him but if it was important to you to be able to place certain implants, we are not necessarily opposed to it.
We want someone who is ethical, works as part of the team, excellent communication skills, fun to be around.
