Family dental practice providing general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, sedation dentistry, invisalign, and sleep apnea in Troy, IL, just outside St Louis. Compensation:35% of collections Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Our family dental practice service all ages with a variety of services such as smile makeovers, variety of implant procedures (single tooth, bridge, all-on-x, mini implants), all extractions including full bone wisdom teeth, all endo, crown and bridge, composite restorations and periodontal protocol.
We have a total of 22 staff utilizing 14 treatment rooms and we are really busy, need a general dentist to jump in and help out very quickly.
We are equipped with the latest equipment such as: electric handpieces, implant handpiece, rotary endo, cbct, itero scanners, co2 laser, diode laser, water laser, hygiene microscope and endo microscope.
We are hoping to have someone that is comfortable in all procedures that we do and willing to train them if there are procedures they don't do and are wanting to learn.
You should be someone who is outgoing with patients and friendly with staff, someone who works fast but good, has a drive to be successful and is not scared to diagnose. We are constantly learning to improve our systems and culture to give the best service to our patients. You must be open to constant and never ending training and improvement.
