We provide clinical treatment and consultation in ergonomics and body mechanics at major companies across US. This position is with a company near Garden City, KS. Services include outpatient orthopedics, ergonomics and body mechanics training, work conditioning, and workers comp treatment.
You will work closely with environmental health and safety specialists, on-site nursing and medical staff and will be deeply involved in the health and wellness programming for the employees as well as playing an integral role in the ergonomics team.
You will work closely with our medical staff and ergonomics team, currently a staff of 10. Patient population ranges from 18 - 85 in an industrial settings.
Your responsibilities will include, only partial list:
Run the day to day operation of the clinic.
Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources with assist of marketing team.
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility.
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
You should possess proven work experience as a physical therapist, intensive education and clinical expertise, ability to manage patients with different types of personalities, have current knowledge of treatment practices, and a drive to continually learn and grow.
