Immediate opening for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in a community based outpatient clinic providing Occupational, Speech and Physical therapy serving children in their home and in the clinic, in the greater Smithfield, NC area.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Community based pediatric therapy clinic providing Occupational, Speech and Physical therapy to children in the clinic and in their home. We are serving Central-Eastern North Carolina. Compensation:$45-60/hour during 90 day probationary period, salary there after. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We provide pediatric occupational, physical, speech therapy and feeding, music therapy to children aged 0 - 18 in our clinic or in the patient's home.
Our therapists have expertise in evaluating children’s neurological, muscular, and emotional development; and determining the effects of infant and childhood illness on growth and development.
Some conditions that we treat successfully include:
- Fluency disorders
- Resonance disorders
- Receptive disorders
- Expressive disorders
- Aphasia
- Dysarthria
- Articulation disorders
Our existing 17 staff are very busy providing service to an average of 12 - 16 patients per day.
We are looking at opening a second clinic in a town nearby.
Your responsibilities will include to evaluate, treat, and implement care plan.
You should be passionate, hardworking, and a conscientious speech therapist with a huge passion for helping children live happy lives.
