Description: We are looking for a skilled and caring Physical Therapist for our clinic in Fairfield, TX.


We are a well established, small town, outpatient Physical Therapy clinic with two locations in the Fairfield, TX area.
$70k starting salary, but is negotiable based on years of experience

Our mission is to grow the physical therapy profession through the education and mentorship of DPT students and new graduates.

Outpatient physical therapy company with 2 locations and soon moving into a new 6000 sq ft facility, we provide evidence based treatment for a variety of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.
Our clinic is committed to delivering high quality, one-on-one care to our patients with a commitment to proactive musculoskeletal care through providing patients the tools to be successful in adopting lifestyle change that includes regular exercise. We use the McKenzie method in our treatments.
We have a 24/7 fitness center where our graduating students work out.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic/sport injuries, neurological conditions, balance problems, and generalized deconditioning/weakness.
-Oversee and collaborate on the care provided by other clinical staff on our team as we work to be agents of change.
-Develop relationships with patients and family members to become their Physical Therapist that they come to for all of their musculoskeletal problems.
The GOOD news is, we will train you to be successful! You do not need years of outpatient experience to be successful at this position, however, you DO need to be organized, detail-oriented, have to have a strong work ethic, willing to learn, excellent customer service skills, and ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity.
