ABOUT THE POSITION

As an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic we provide orthopedic  care predominately, some gait/balance and neuro to an adult patient population generally ranging from about 40 - 80 years of age.

Methods we employ include Cyriax approach to selective tissue tension diagnosis and treatment (Owner is a certified instructor for Orthopedic Medicine International), Mulligan, MET, strain/counterstrain and dry needling.

We are looking for a PT to provide patient care and to work into a management position. Duties will be in both of our locations in Owing Mills and Catonsville.

We are anticipating that you are kind, considerate and intellectually curious as an individual and also willing to become trained in dry needling.

We have an incredible team here and we are hoping that you are an incredible individual who will fit right in and deliver awesome patient care.
Why you should come work for us:

The focus at our practice is quality care, not numbers of patients.  Our PTs see less patients/hour then any practice around because of that focus on quality.

We'd prefer to see less patients and do a good job rather then see more patients and treat them half way. Our moto has been "do a good job and they will come".  That is exactly what has happened.

Patients return back to us with new problems and often consult us before their medical doctor because they trust us.  We are a small private practice focused on individual attention. We are focused on the patient's needs from the first phone call, through the last visit.

Staff interactions are  face to face, not emails or zoom meetings. The PT owner of this practice makes it unique. He has been practicing for over 40 years and he constantly remains relevant by taking/teaching classes.

He returned to school after 25 years to obtain an advanced doctoral degree and has multiple certifications. He likes to mentor and has taught locally and in the UK.

Our patients value this practice and so the PTs that work here will be valued for their professional skill by both patients and staff. Many of the ancillary staff have been here over a decade because they enjoy the close knit relationships with other staff and the patients we serve.

Our salary structure and benefits package is competitive and we have a bonus program.
