Why you should come work for us:
Our company does a few things different than other companies in our area.  We focus a large amount of time on scheduling so our therapists have hours on their schedule each day which equates to fuller paychecks.

We reschedule children who miss therapy.  This also provides an avenue for our therapists to add revenue to their paychecks that would otherwise be lost when a patient is absent.  Our therapists do not do this, our scheduler does this.

There are not many, if any, outpatient pediatric therapy clinics in our area that provide benefits for their staff. This is big for our team. We provide bonuses.

Our culture is set with a good mix of experienced and new therapists. Our team relies on each other.
