From: The People Link Corp
We are looking for a General Dentist to ultimately join us as a partner in a full service practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Full service family dental practice providing general dentistry and some specialty services to a mostly adult population.
35-40%, draw negotiable
We are looking for someone to join as an associate with the goal of becoming a partner and eventually the owner. Traditional benefits are for employees, we are not looking for an employee, we are looking for a partner.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We provide all forms of general dentistry except implants and this is something you could expand the practice into.
We service mostly adults, 20s - 70s, with the help of 2 assistants and 2 hygienists and 2 front desk staff.
We have on on-site CAD CAM lab and up-to-date dental equipment.
We are looking for a dentist that wants to make this their "home" and help grow patient clientele, providing outstanding services to our community.
You should be personable and embrace our two main driving principles:
1) We run on time.
2) We provide quality care that is NEEDED and/or desired We obtain many new patients from local offices who are overly aggressive in treatment planning, and our patients are smart enough to detect this.
This is not a "job". We are looking for someone to become a partner/future owner, if you can see yourself making that commitment then we should talk.
Why you should come work for us:
We are not looking for an "employee" whose primary concern is salary. That person should seek employment with a DSO. We had an associate interview several years ago who asked that question in the first five minutes of the interview: we had a great conversation, but the interview had essentially ended at that moment. I realized his only goal in this career was money.
We are looking for someone who wants a career in this office. Associateship is the "dating phase" as partnership is the goal, just as marriage is the end-goal of dating.
We built this office for two full-time dentists, and there is much room for expansion professionally. The owner has taught/run a GPR in the past, so he is as willing to meet with a new graduate as well as someone with some years experience.
We are looking for someone who would expand the practice into different demographics and areas of focus than I currently rely upon. Interest in future partnership and future full ownership is a must.
