Senior Physical Therapist/Clinical Instructor

Description: Immediate opening for an experienced Senior Physical Therapist who will also be our Clinical Instructor for local physical therapy students in Perry Hall, MD, just north of Baltimore.

We are a physical therapist owned practice. We earn our referrals every day by providing high-quality care and an exceptional physical therapy service. We have several locations just north of Baltimore, MD.
Compensation:
$74,000 to$ 84,000 base, additional incentives on top

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are a multi-location private physical therapist owned company operating just north of Baltimore and we provide General orthopedics, Post-operative orthopedics, Vestibular rehab and post-concussion, Balance and Fall, and Osteoporosis to a varied patient population.

We have a joint venture relationship with a local hospital system. We are striving to integrate high quality/value based physical therapy throughout the system. We intend to open 2 additional clinics within the next 2-3 years.  Our contract relationship allows us to to do what we do best (without a lot of interference from the hospital) and the hospital system and patients to benefit.

We are looking for a Senior Physical Therapist who will also perform Clinical Instructor duties for local physical therapy students. Your responsibilities will be:
  • Patient care
  • Coordinate with various educational institutions to provide student affiliation experiences
  • Coordinate with Active Life professional staff to CI students
You should be Humble, Hungry (a little bit of fire in the belly), Smart (people smart) and have a passion for top of the line patient care.
