Description: Immediate opening for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in an outpatient clinic in Lacey, WA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Outpatient Pediatric Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy clinic serving the communities of North Sound with two locations in Olympia and Lacey, WA.
Compensation:
$32-42 straight hourly- paid for all time not just billable time.

ABOUT THE POSITION

They say laughter is the best therapy a child or an adult can have. How about spending your entire day laughing and having fun while helping children overcoming their challenges in life?

This Speech-Language Pathologist position will offer a fun and rewarding daily experience while also challenging you as the therapist to perform your very best.

We provide therapy for speech-language and occupational related differences.  We support families in typical speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding, sensory processing, AAC consult/therapy, IEP support and many more related facets of our industry.

We service children and adolescents from birth - 18 years of age, by a staff of 11 between 2 clinics in the area.

To get to experience all this fun with us we expect a few things from you:

Evaluate and treat speech-language/communication differences, write associated reports (evaluation, daily progress- as needed. Participate in the betterment of our company and contribute in order to better serve the kids of our community.  Typical office manners and professionalism is expected.

Outgoing, personable, self starter, competent, positive, able to speak to the value of Therapy (from the business perspective as well as from the importance of therapy), genuine, clear communication style, non-procrastinator, desires to contribute to a team environment, fun who wants to engage in a playful manner while sustaining a professional undertone.  Someone who is willing to share with coworkers to teach when appropriate.
