Description: We have a full time permanent position open for a CCC-SLP in our out patient pediatric clinic in San Ramon, CA


We are an interdisciplinary team of therapists with specialized training working with pediatrics in in-patient and out-patient settings. Our team has training in the areas of: feeding therapy, neuro-developmental therapy, Therapeutic Listening, Bal-A-Vis-X, Yoga for Kids, Handwriting Without Tears, Brain Gym, PECS (Picture Exchange Communication Systems, PROMPT and much more. We have worked with premature babies to school-age children with a variety of diagnoses including developmental, genetic, neurological, orthopedic and sensory-based disorders.
$38-$52 DOE

The best fit for our team would be a therapist that is passionate about improving the lives and function of special needs children.  They should demonstrate empathy and a warm, caring attitude.  They should be organized and efficient with work tasks.  Ideally, they would be flexible with their work schedule, in regard to hours and volume of work.

Responsibilities of this position are:
- to provide excellent patient care to our pediatric clients with varying diagnosis (primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder but also language delays, articulation disorders, apraxia, fluency disorders, oral motor, etc)
- to act as a positive representative of our clinic to clients and the community at all times
- to be a supportive team member to our staff every day
- to complete paperwork / documentation requirements on a timely basis
- to independently manage caseload of up to 35 clients
- to supervise interns, SLPA's and / or CF's as needed

We service patients from 18 months to 18 years old, majority of clients are ages 3-8 years old. There are 13 staff and you will service about 7 - 8 patients per day.
