Description: We are looking for a PT Clinic Manager with great teamwork skills for our outpatient clinic in Pocatello, Idaho

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our outpatient clinic provides Industrial physical therapy for the local work force, sports and orthopedics therapy, Alter-G treadmill, ASTYM, Aquatic therapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy and more to residents in Pocatello and surrounding communities.
Compensation:
$70,000 salary plus profit share, production, and MSKUS bonus (approximately $5-10K+ per year (not guaranteed))

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are a company of three clinics in Southeast Idaho hoping to grow to five clinics in the next 3 years. This expansion necessitates hiring a Manager for our Pocatello clinic.

Our clinics provide: Outpatient Physical Therapy, EMG and MSKUS diagnostic services, dry needling, massage therapy, ASTYM, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Industrial and Ergonomic Evaluations, Alter G Treadmill, Pool Therapy, Dietetic Counseling, Women's Health.

We want someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone who shows up because they love what they do. The candidate must have great teamwork skills and not see a receptionist as "beneath" them. Understands or is willing to learn the basics of business and marketing. Problem solver. Fun, outgoing, and easy going.

Responsibilities of this position include:
This post requires the following functions ( but not limited to):

All activities of a Staff PT.

Meeting with all clinical staff monthly, individually, quarterly.

Discuss weekly clinic stats and team goals to the Vice President at weekly Clinic Stats Review with corresponding plan for success. 

Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure documentation and charging is based on “do what you charge and charge what you do”.

Ensure treatment, frequency and duration established by clinicians follows successful established treatment actions and protocols.

Coordinate with Clinic Liaison that therapy area and equipment is kept clean, neat and in good repair and flow.

Support and mirror company administration including the VP, the managers of Finance, Human Resources, and Patient Services.

Collaborate using the Org board and exemplify the company values.

Ensure supplies are kept fully stocked.

Manage clinic schedule.

Communicate with HR about staffing needs in advance if possible.

Manage physician and referral source relationships including, but not limited to, marketing lunches, tag-a-long appointments, surgery observations, etc.

Manage, in connection with HR, SPTUs and Continuing Education.

Weekly hours required:
30 hours: patient treatment.
10 hours: Marketing, Meetings, and Strategic planning.

We service a patient population from teenagers and up, about 15 per day per provider and for our aquatic therapy the therapist would only go in the water if needed.
