Speech-Language Pathologist Pediatric Home Health

Description: We are looking for an SLP-CCC with pediatric experience to provide communication related services to meet the needs of children and their families in their homes in Santa Clara County, CA.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our SLPs provide clinic based intervention for children with developmental delays, disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. 

Duties also include developing individual client goals and treatment plan based upon child and family’s needs, providing suggestions and educational materials through written and verbal communication to their parents/care providers, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team at Stars as well as other providers who support that child, and more.

Our patients generally range from birth to 10 years of age. You will treat them in their homes.

You will operate within a 40 mile radius of your home area in Santa Clara County.
