Speech Language Pathologist

Columbia , SC 29203

Are you an SLP in the market for a new job where you really want to come to work? Do you like working with children? If the answer is yes to these two questions then we would love to meet you!

Our patients are mostly preschool/ elementary school age, but some infants (primarily feeding) and some older children.  We see very few adults, and those we see are treated for fluency, articulations, etc rather than the type of adults you would serve in a rehab setting.

You'll be conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans and consulting with families/caregivers.  Because we are primarily pediatric we are looking for a therapist who is fun, energetic and great with kids (also physically able to handle active children, play on the floor, etc).

We don't generally have high turn-over, so we'd really like to find someone who is more likely to stay long term.

If you are interested in feeding therapy this would be a definitely plus. It is not a requirement, however we are taking on more patients that need this particular therapy and we will be happy to train you to delivery this service.

We are a company dedicated to providing quality Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy to all ages.
Benefits offered:
Medical, dental. vision, 401K with 25% match, CE allowance, PTO and more.
Why you should come work for us:
We have a collaborative team environment that allows constant communication between all disciplines for the highest quality of care.  We also have a wonderful admin staff that takes the burden of duties such as scheduling, authorizations, billing, etc. off of the therapist to allow them to focus on therapy. We have a wonderful EMR system that keeps paperwork extremely efficient and less time-consuming.

Our company is the perfect balance of a small, family-feeling staff environment while still being  large enough to provide great benefits. Every therapist has their own individual treatment room, as well as shared gym spaces with swings, crash pads, trampolines, etc. We also allow for schedule flexibility.

We are open 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday and 8 am-12pm on Fridays, though patients aren't scheduled after 5:30 on M-TH and therapists can choose to stay for planning/paperwork, or they can leave at 5:30.  People work a variety of schedules within those hours to achieve their optimal work/life balance.
