We are an Outpatient physical therapy practice with emphasis on manual therapy, exercise and education.
Our practice is expanding rapidly and we need a PT to help us grow by delivering great patient care and by taking on a Director position rather quickly.
As the PT your responsibilities will be to see patients, work with front office on fitting patients into schedule, bill correctly, document by end of day, supervise and teach aides, work with PT and PTA interns.
Your responsibilities as the Director will include: see patients, manage front office, billing, PTs/PTAs, aides. Set schedules to maximize patient visits for the week. Educate and track PTs/PTAs on proper billing practices for each insurance. Track referral trends. Participate in marketing strategies. Talk to and calm down upset referral sources. Handle upset patients. Keep employees motivated and engaged in their work.
We use all methods, anything with good research behind is welcome in the clinic.
Patient population is as young as 6 and as old as 100.
