Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Job for Skilled Nursing Facility

If you are a COTA looking to make a change to a company where you can grow as a therapist working with a great team then keep reading. We treat patients from 40 to 100+ years of age with a wide variety of ailments and diagnoses. 

You will be working under the supervision of the OTR and the Rehab Director implementing and executing established patient treatment plans. You'll communicate and work with with patients, families and other staff. 

This position requires timely written documentation that meets the standards of both our company and the insurance providers. 

We need someone that can use professional judgement to ensure the best outcomes for your patients and the facility. You'll need to attend required meetings, in-services, training sessions and other educational presentations. 

We have a full rehab staff and are looking for a COTA that works well with a team. This is a 99 bed facility with 2 gyms on site. You need to be able to safely transfer patients with appropriate equipment and assistance.
