Physical Therapist Job for Outpatient Clinic

Carlisle, PA 17013

If you are a PT looking for a good, stable company to take the next step in your career then we would love to meet you. We treat conditions ranging from hips, knees, back/neck, shoulders to vertigo, gait and balance disorders, etc. We have a strong reputation in managing issues in the lower extremity population as we offer a full suite of pedorthic services. We have several PTs who are dual certified as C.Peds. We also run a diabetic foot care program.

Our clients range from young to old. We have one PT who sees pediatric clients with developmental disorders exclusively. All of our PTs treat youth/adolescents with orthopedic issues when needed. Our average client tends to range between 35-75.

We typically work 3 longer and 2 shorter days to account for the need for after standard work hours appointments. Our clinicians see between 55-70 visits per week on average.

We schedule all new patient appointments for 1 hour and follow-up appointments in 30 minute slots.

Our Carlisle facility is 16,300 sq ft. The area dedicated to the PT clinic is roughly 9,000 square ft. The remaining space houses our retail space, UMedGym and tenants.

You will be a staff PT with your primary responsibility being client care.  There is opportunity of the right clincian to grow into management position if desired and/or to work on mentoring young clinicians.

We are a full-service outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy clinic.
Benefits offered:
Medical, dental, disability, PTO, generous CE allowance, IRA, gym membership
Why you should come work for us:
We are a private practice, which allows us to be nimble. We welcome clinicians who bring unique skill sets to the table.  We currently have clinicians who are McKenzie certified, some who are Certified as Pedorthists and several who have completed orthopedic residencies and OCS certification.

We believe in being comprehensive in our care. We fully embrace Pennsylvania’s law about direct access to PT. We decry the old-school concept of waiting for a referral, treating a client and then discharging them in hopes that they might find us again some day. Rather, we emphasize direct marketing and outreach to customers who we develop as our clients. We embrace the concept of being each client’s therapist of choice, educating them on their right to see us when needed, and offering a suite of services (from preventative medical wellness through rehabilitative care) to keep them on a journey to health over their lifespan.
