We offer competitive compensation with a guaranteed base amount of $150,000 plus bonuses. -

Hours:
Monday and Wednesday 8:00 to 5:00, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 to 7:00 and every other Saturday from 8:00 to 2:00. -
Experience Required:
We are open to all levels of experience as long as you possess the skills required. -
Education Requirements:
You must have a degree as a Dentist. -
Cert/Lic Required:
You need to be licensed as a Dentist in the State of Indiana. -
Computer Skills Required:
We use Ascend (the Cloud version of Dentrix). -
Special Requirements:
You need to have a DEA Controlled Substance License. We do not require a Medicaid number, but it is a plus if you have one.

If you are looking for a place to work that is technologically advanced and has a fun working environment then we are the place for you. We are looking for a General Dentist to fill the main Associate position in our office.This job will not entail any management duties unless that is something you would like to do. We do need someone that can offer good leadership to the staff as well as exceptional patient care.
We are looking for someone that is skilled in all General Dentistry, as well as some Endo, Pediatrics and Extractions. We also offer implants. We do our best to offer as many services in house as possible. You'll be working with 1 Hygienist, 1 DA and 2 front desk staff. You will be the solo Dentist in this office. We cover all lab fees unless you do Ortho, then we split the cost of those lab fees.
We have 6 treatment rooms and service 40 new patients per month. We are looking to build that to 80 new patients per month in the near future.
