In this position you will:
*Oversee clinical and clerical activities.
*Provide help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
*Ensure the provision of high quality patient care.
*Participate in community and customer relation activities.
*Coordination and case management of client care.
*Staff orientation and education.
*Assist with the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly and annual reviews.
*Assure the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
*Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and, maintains compliance with the Joint Commission Home Care standards
*Hire, evaluate and terminate organization personnel.
