General Dentist Job for Private Practice

Manchester, CT 06040

In this position you will be joining two other Dentists that are currently working in our Practice. One of them is retiring and you will take his place. On any given day we will have only one Dentist working at a time.

We currently have one full time Hygienist, but are looking to add one more so that we have two working 2-3 days per week. We also have one full time Dental Assistant. We service 10-15 new patients per month.

We just completed a records acquisition of a local doctor a month ago. There are approximately 600 active patients that will transition to our location.

We are completely digital. We offer a very wide variety of services including some Orthodontics. We treat children, although that is not the bulk of our Practice. We accept PPO and fee for service patients.

We are looking for a Dentist that can deliver restorative, crown, bridge, most extractions, some root canals and removable prosthetics.

We are a Private Dental Practice offering a wide range of services and a reliable staff.
Benefits offered:
Medical, in-office dental, 401K and paid vacation.
Why you should come work for us:
Our mission is to guide our patients along a path of optimal dental health by delivering the highest possible level of care in a friendly, safe, and comfortable environment. Through our team of professional, compassionate and committed employees, we aim to improve patient health, appearance, self-confidence and overall quality of life.
We are in a continual process of creating a workplace that is both fun and exciting and that brings each of us a sense of personal fulfillment, joy, and pride in our work. We strive to develop a positive, nurturing and safe environment, so that our workday is both comfortable and energized.

In our working relationships, we are committed to mutual respect, clear communication, and teamwork. Together, we provide a patient experience that exceeds our patients' expectations in every area of contact, so that when they leave, they are in optimal oral health and delighted to refer their friends and family to our Practice.
