    Currently the clinic is open Monday-Friday with hours varying from 7:30-5 and 8-7. The director will not be responsible for working all the hours listed as this facility has other staff members.
  • Experience Required:
    We would ideally like someone with 3 or more years of experience, however we will consider less experience if the qualifications are what we need.
  • Education Requirements:
    You must hold a degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Cert/Lic Required:
    You need to be licensed as a PT in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Computer Skills Required:
    We use RainTree.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is a great opportunity for someone to run their own business. It's an autonomous practice with good financial rewards. 

This facility offers physical therapy services including but not limited to: lymphedema therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, occupational health, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion rehabilitation.

Patients are 13 years old and up with our average patient being in the 40 to 50 year range.

We don’t prescribe as a whole to one specific method as the most effective way to treat. We understand that each method offers aspects of care beneficial for our patients. We firmly believe that manual treatment coupled with exercise and modalities provides faster, better outcomes 

As director you're responsible for providing top level patient care and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll also be responsible for growing the facility and aiding in the professional growth of your employees. You will be providing direct supervision of the facility.    

The ideal candidate is a practitioner who is able to excel at general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation as well as acute outpatient diagnoses for all types of patients.
