    We'd prefer an SLP who has at least completed their CFY; however, we will consider a strong CFY candidate. School based experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with preschoolers and/or school age children is required.

    You must have a degree as an SLP.

    You need to be licensed as an SLP in the State of Maine.

Speech-Language Pathologist Job for Outpatient and School

If you are someone that thrives in a collaborative environment then this is the group for you. We are looking for an SLP who will assess, diagnosis, treat and help prevent speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, pragmatic and other related disorders. 

The job will also entail writing plans of care, progress reports, evaluation reports, keeping daily therapy data and maintaining attendance/communication logs for all clients. You will also be responsible for planning individualized treatment sessions.  

Working in a school setting, you will be responsible for scheduling clients and working with school personnel to ensure clients on the caseload are receiving the prescribed IEP services as well as attending IEP meetings.

Our patients are usually 3 years of age through high school seniors and caseloads will vary.
