ABOUT THE POSITION
We have two locations that are approximately 12 miles apart. Our Rock Springs building is 25,000 square feet. That location has about 38 employees and serves a total of approximately 180 children. Our Green River building is 30,000 square feet and has about 30 employees and serves about 130 children.
Our main goal is to try and find and serve as many children in Sweetwater County as possible to give children with developmental needs early intervention so that they have a better start in life and prepare them for a successful transition to the school district.
Regionally our team consists of 1 Physical Therapist, 1 PTA, 2 Occupational Therapists, 1 Full Time SLP, 2 Part Time SLPs, 8 Early Childhood Special Education Teachers, 4 Certified Teachers and 2 Social Workers.
You'll collaborate with the executive director, special education teachers, occupational and physical therapists, external agencies and other professionals to ensure the level of educational services required by the agencies that we contract with.
Our patients are 0 to 5 years of age.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are a non-profit organization that has served the children and families in Sweetwater County since 1979. The center is mandated by the state of Wyoming to provide early intervention services to children birth through age five with a variety of delays and disabilities. We are the only organization in our County to serve the children birth through age three.
