Hiring now for a Physical Therapist in growing outpatient clinic serving Springtown, TX.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Outpatient physical therapy clinic providing a wide variety of rehabilitation services to patients of all ages in a fun and inspiring clinic just northwest of Fort Worth.
Compensation:$78,500 + depending on experience. Productivity bonus on top. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We treat a varity of conditions with physical therapy utilizing dry needling, manual therapy, cold laser, kinesio taping and more.
Our professional staff of 12 service patients in a 4000 sq ft facility where we have the option to expand to 6000 sq ft, which we intend to grow into in the next few years.
We are looking for a physical therapist to join our excellent team and your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
- Evaluate and document patient progress using standardized measures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages learning and growth
You should have a desire to learn, attention to details, team player, one who takes initiative and have fun at work.
We also have a bonus system that allows you to earn up to 2 weeks of pay plus a bonus plan if they are seeing more patients based on productivity.
