Description: Full time opening for a Physical Therapist in growing outpatient clinic serving West Los Angeles, CA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a small physical therapist owned practice, focusing on orthopedic dysfunctions related to pain, strength, and movement impairments. We provide an environment where care is as individual as you.

Our therapists provide individualized care for each patient, including advanced manual and therapeutic exercise skills, as well as modalities.

Every patient is seen by the same therapist, who in collaboration with the referring physician, designs and guides the treatment program. Moreover, the flexible and extended hours of the clinics allows for treatment times before and after work or school.

Compensation:
$85k to $100K per year depending on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide outpatient physical therapy such as Skilled Manual Therapy of Orthopedic and Movement Dysfunctions, Skilled Therapeutic Exercise, Private Pilates Training and Group Classes, Pediatric Orthopedic Dysfunctions and Sports Medicine to a varied patient population from teenagers to geriatric patients.

The ideal Physical Therapist candidate is compassionate, adaptable, personable, and a leader. We are seeking a goal-driven candidate that has the desire to pursue managerial/leadership roles and is eager to market themselves, the practice, and the profession.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Consult with patients to learn about their conditions and symptoms
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals
  • Assist patients with the use of therapeutic equipment
  • Teach patients how to perform therapeutic exercises
  • Motivate, inspire, and encourage patients throughout the healing process
  • Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy

OCS is highly desired! But not required. If you don’t have it, we will help assist you in getting the certification.
