ABOUT THE POSITION

Prosperous and growing physical therapy clinic is seeking an upbeat physical therapist for long term commitment to provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients ranging from about 10 years old to 65+.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing a diagnosis and treatment plan for patients ranging from late elementary-aged children to 65+ years old
  • Utilizing WebPT to complete notes in a timely fashion within 3 days from date of service.
  • Meeting company standards for metrics/stats for your caseload.  
  • Meeting once a month with the owner.
  • Meeting once weekly as a group.
  • During structured 6-8 week onboarding receive business education on the "why" behind the standards for the various metrics/stats.
  • Writing 3-5 sentence discharge letters to patients upon graduation from PT.
  • Obtaining 1+ reviews per month or 12+ per year from patients to help with SEO.

As a clinic we treat a wide variety of conditions and ailments such as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Women's Health/Pelvic Floor, Vestibular, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), Post-Operative Orthopedic Surgeries, Amputee Physical Therapy, Overuse injuries, Class 4 Laser Therapy for Neuropathy/Arthritis/Tendonitis.

Typical methods we use include Test-Treat-Retest, Schroth, McKenzie, Trigger Point Release.

We fully support therapists working towards certifications in areas of interest.
