ABOUT THE POSITION

From family dentistry and cosmetic services to restorative care and dental implants, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of dental services right in our Toledo, OH dental practice.

We service mostly adult patients with the help of several EFDAs making your work super efficient and productive.

The office is equipped with the latest dental technology in 9 operatories and we have an in-house lab.

We are looking for a General Dentist to provide general dentistry, proficient in crowns, bridges, fillings, endo, and  perio.

Your personal qualities should be aligned with our core values mentioned below.

We believe in servant leadership: that the leader serves their team and their team then serves the patients. We want our team to establish and maintain long-term relationships with our patients and become part of their lives while embracing the newest and best technologies to provide the best experience in the industry.

We focus on the welfare of the patient and team above all else and know that as we do the right thing, great financial outcomes follow.

You will walk into a practice with a strong existing patient base, excellent clinical team and support staff.

Why you should come work for us:
Our group is founded upon 5 core values:

#1 Rave-Worthy Patient Outcomes: Our Priority is the Patient's Welfare, First and Always

Our patients are our livelihood and our primary purpose for coming to work. We must be passionate about their outcomes, never prescribing procedures that are unnecessary or unethical. Coming to a dental office can be scary, anxiety filling, and uncomfortable. We must demonstrate empathy and understanding at every moment they are with us. We want patients to have Ritz-Carlton, Disney-esque experiences every time.

#2 Rave-Worthy Team Experiences: We Value Every Member

Our team members are everything to us. We follow the Golden Rule of treating each other how we want to be treated. Teamwork, cooperation, and mutual respect are non-negotiable. We practice kindness and empathy for each other and give the benefit of the doubt. We consistently and effectively communicate with each other and embrace our Crucial Conversations. We want every team member to embody servant leadership. Every team member should feel included by the team, regardless of their background, their appearance, or any other factor. Our culture only stays rave-worthy when we all consistently live these principles!

#3 Proactivity and Accountability: We Find a Way and Own our Actions

We never say, "That’s not my job!" When we see a need, we fill the need. If we have an opportunity to help another team member or can go above and beyond for a patient, we do it! We own our responsibilities and reliably do them. The expectation is for every team member to be the team member everyone knows they can rely on. When we are idle, patients and our peers notice. They notice if we talk about unprofessional topics (drugs, alcohol, gossip, things of a sexual nature, or coarse language). They see when we are on our phones and not helping. When we are involved in being helpful, we do not have time to do these non-rave worthy activities.

#4 Innovation & Continuous Improvement: We Strive for the Better Way and Never Settle

Being the best is a process, not a single action. Individuals and teams who do not actively seek to improve lose their patients, lose great team members, and eventually fail. The best teams and patients only want to work with the best people, and the best people continuously improve. We do not say, "That's how we've always done it." We are (or get) comfortable with change and help and support implementing change.

#5 Achievement & Excellence: We Do Hard Things

We set high standards and meet them. We set aggressive goals and achieve them. We do hard things. We only fail when we stop trying. We know that real joy and happiness comes from doing hard things in smart ways. We are not a team that is happy with mediocrity. We strive for excellence in all that we do.
