The primary thing that sets us apart from any other organization is our culture.
We have a CEO that firmly believes that the employee experience is just as important as the patient experience. When your leadership team embraces that philosophy, it permeates the organization.
Our staff genuinely feel valued, from the front desk staff, to IT, to maintenance, to our professionals. It is a work environment that most organizations strive for and never achieve.
As a result, we have very little turnover, and are typically only hiring for expansion.
