ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide orthopedic and sports physical therapy plus various wellness programs.

Our patient population ranges from about 5 years old to about 90.

We operate in a 2000 sq ft facility by 2 therapists.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help handle our increased patient load.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
  • Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.

One of our main focuses is giving back to the community. We sponsor the Norwalk Summer Series and provide coverage for the races as well as our staff taking part in the races.

We believe that we can better understand injuries by being extremely active. Our staff is involved in a myriad of activities such as rugby, Crossfit, gymnastics and long distance running to name a few.

By being active, we know what you are feeling and can relate to our patients.

Why you should come work for us:

We have tried to create a community atmosphere where everyone including patients feel like they are part of the company.

Norwalk is a small city but most people have only 1 degree of separation from each other.

We strive in providing the best care for our patients and often patients come to us directly before going to the doctor. We tell patients that if we can't help you we will refer you to someone who can.

Our patients trust us more than any other healthcare professional.

We are constantly looking at ways of improving. We block out an hour a week for continuing education and are always pushing our staff to attend courses. We reimburse for advanced certifications and continuing education courses.
