Prosperous Fee For Service private family dental practice providing general dentistry, cosmetic, restorative and pediatric care in an inviting and comfortable environment. We are not corporate or associated with a DSO, and offer a path to ownership.

Compensation:30-35% of adjusted production depending on production amount Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Family dental practice that provides comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and caring environment. We specialize in a highly personalized experience at our dental practice.
Our comprehensive range of services include general, restorative, cosmetic and pediatric dentistry featuring an inhouse CEREC machine for same day crowns, and laser equipment.
Currently our office holds 7 treatment rooms but we will be moving into a new larger office in 2024 giving us 15 rooms.
We are looking for an Associate General Dentist with the expectation that you will pursue equity in the business and stick around for a long time.
We want you to be well versed and comfortable in providing comprehensive dentistry. This could mean orthodontics (adults), cosmetic and anything else that may be needed.
We don't require our docs to provide all services as we will still refer some surgeries, child ortho, and endo out. However, if you are going to provide a service, you must have enough experience in that procedure to be able to confidently discuss, treat and manage any possible complications. Our patients' trust is very important to us.
Personal qualities important to us are: Someone with great interpersonal skills and able to sell dentistry in an ethical manner and in a way that is comforting and builds confidence with even the highly anxious patient.
You must be competent in being able to diagnose a patient comprehensively while looking at things like occlusion, TMJ issues, orthodontics and other factors that may be contributing to issues and develop a treatment plan accordingly.
This is a great position that is not corporate or run by a DSO. It is ideal for someone who has a good base of knowledge and experience already but wants to take their clinical experience to the next level. This will also be a place where the doc can work towards ownership but without the huge risk of buying a practice outright or starting one on your own.
