Motivated owner is selling this practice to enjoy a new career in teaching and educating other providers specifically in TMJ/TMD treatments, in which he has become an expert.

Size is 1951 sq ft with 5 operatories of which only 3 are used currently. Room for expansion. Currently refer out all oral surgery, endo, perio, implant placements, and moderate to severe ortho cases.

All like new digital equipment, less than 10 years old.

Practice has very good reputation and reviews, has been in business since 2004.

1500 active patients with on average 15 - 17 new patients per month.

All currently employed staff would stay, several have been employed for 15 years or more. They are 1 General Dentist, 2 Assistants, 1 Hygienist, and 2 front desk.

The past 12 months gross revenues were over $1.5M +, with  entire practice valued at $2.275M, and the 20% share that is for sale at $455,000, offering to sell for $225,000, which is negotiable. Purchase can be owner financed or financed through the DSO partner.
