ABOUT THE POSITION
- Management of center operations with focus on exceptional customer service
- Cultivating & providing comprehensive care in a PT/PTA team dynamic
- Growing center caseload to facilitate expansion of clinical staff
- Building strong rapport and relationships with referral sources and local community
- Mentorship & training of center staff
- Expertise in patient clinical care to include a full caseload
