ABOUT THE POSITION

We treat a large range of conditions such as acute or chronic pain, orthopedic injuries etc. and we also deliver massage therapy.

Therapists are encouraged to use whatever treatment and modalities they recommend and can deliver to obtain the desired results for their patiens.

We also encourage our therapists to continue their education and expand their knowledge and tool set.

Our clinic has a large gym and private rooms.

Your responsibilities will to work corroboratively with the other PTs, PTAs and other clinic staff.

We see in you a physical therapist who is professional, knowledgable, compassionate, and flexible as a priority.

We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills and is able to work as a team.  We want our patients to experience a friendly, warm and safe environment when they come for treatment, and our staff has to set and contribute to  that atmosphere.

We can also offer profit sharing and partnership.

The independent nature of our practice is a plus--we are not a "corporate-style" business.  We have good relations with our community and referring physicians, and a warm atmosphere in our clinics.  Ours is a good place to work!

Why you should come work for us:

We are a locally and independently-owned physical therapy company.

Providing the highest standard of patient care is our priority as well as the ability to be financially strong to be able to take care of our staff.

We strive to maintain a feeling of family supportiveness within the company, and promote diversity in our staff.

Staff therapists have the ability to grow professionally and, since we prefer to promote from within the company, there is opportunity to become a clinic director and shift to a leadership role.

We are located in the Pacific North West which is famous for its beauty and clean air.
