    Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the chest height and maintain good body mechanics. You must reside in the US and have US citizenship or valid Green Card.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Multi-specialty outpatient clinic providing physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to patients of all ages.

Compensation:
$39 - $50/hr, negotiable based on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and we offer orthotics, dry needling and some DME.

Our Speech therapists service infants to adults and are responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs for children and adults with speech, language, learning, feeding/swallowing or cognitive disorders in outpatient clinic setting.

We are looking for a skilled Speech Therapist that has a teamwork approach, is autonomous, with good communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide skilled Speech Therapy services to all patients. Participation in all clinical team aspects - marketing (newsletters, blogs, educational articles for patients), all staff meetings, peer to peer team approaches to rehab for patients participating in multiple disciplines, education to physicians and referral sources.

Assist with caseload management. Work with front office team members on patient authorizations. Direct support staff as appropriate. 

Our providers support a lifelong learning approach keeping up to date on current research and treatment interventions.

We offer monthly research groups to discuss new topics and case reviews. Our clinic is arranged to support ongoing conversations and discussion regarding optimal patient care.

Our front and back office staff offer numerous areas of support to make our team approach complete and ultimately great patient outcomes.
