Up for sale is an Implant and Denture Center practice that has been oprating in Florence since 2002. Currently the owners only work there 2 1/2 days per week and from this generate an annual revenue of about $500,000.

Full potential should be  $800k a year, if operated 4 days a week including hygiene. The full time doctors in town are very busy  with a backlog. Patients will appreciate another full time clinic offering specialty and expanded services. There is a real need for another dentist in the area. 

Average take home pay is about 50% of collections.

We are what is considered a niche market mostly providing fixed and removable prosthetics, dental implants, and extractions. 

The office is 1600 sq ft with 4 operatories and modern up to date equipment. All equipment included. Plenty of parking available.

Our office serves the patients in the community as well as the surrounding coastal cities and coastal mountain range. 

Patients in the Florence area and all along the coast that we serve typically do not want to travel outside of the area and are very thankful for offices that have specialized services.

We have built an amazing reputation in the area since we have been there for far more than a decade. We get lots of family and  friend referrals. 

Because we have always employed regular TV advertising on the coast, our name is very recognizable in the area. TV ads are extremely economical and effective on the coast. It contributes to making our name a household name. 

Patient population consists of approximately 40 years old and above. If the new doctor employs a hygienist, that will capture a younger clientele.

Currently we see about 32 new patientss per month.

Our Receptionist and Dental Assistant. would stay on after the sale.

The owner is ready to retire and he has accumulated these skills which would be helpful if you also possessed:

Implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, ridge splits, extractions simple and surgical, Crown and bridge, implant crowns, all on four dentures, implant bridges, snap on dentures, and snap on partials.

At a minimum you should be able to deliver Implant placement and oral surgery, Bone grafting, Sinus lifts,  and have a working knowledge of removable fixed and removable prosthetics.

Required for your success would be ability to warmly connect with patients and a proficiency in fixed/removable prosthetics and implant placement. 

With a little effort this could be a nice little practice in a wonderful area on the west coast.
