ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic providing a wide range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Sports Performance in 4 locations in and around Nashville, TN.

Compensation:
$80 - $90k, depending on experience and negotiable. Eligible for profit sharing.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a full time permanent Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to run our newest location in Lyles.

We service patients of all ages providing standard physical therapy care.

Your responsibilities will be to provide treatment, staff management/labor allocation, budgeting, outreach and program development.

You should possess these skills and qualities:

Proven work experience as a physical therapist
Intensive education and clinical expertise
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
A lover of people

We will consider new graduates so long as you are up to the task of being the lead therapist and manager of the clinic.

You will be eligible for profit sharing right off the bat.
