Immediate opening for a Physical Therapist to assume the role of Clinic Director in our New London, CT location.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Outpatient Physical Therapy company with 5 locations in Connecticut offering traditional physical therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and balance and gait training, and we also offer highly skilled specialty therapy.
We have clinicians with specialty certifications in Integrative Manual Therapy, Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema, LSVT BIG, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are a multi-site group of licensed physical therapists in Connecticut who are committed to inspiring and empowering our patients to take control of their health and regain their strength and mobility.
We are passionate about building confidence in those suffering from chronic and acute conditions, helping them to develop goals for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We have a 2300 sq ft facility with a gym serving on average 13 - 15 patients per day in the age group of 16 - 90 years old. The office is staffed with 3 clinical staff and 3 admin staff.
We are in need of a Clinic Director to provide treatment, staff management/labor allocation, budgeting, outreach and program development.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and management abilities, you should have a track record of effective outreach and clinical improvement/development.
