Hiring now for a Physical Therapist in therapist owned outpatient orthopedic clinic serving Simi Valley, CA.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Therapist owned outpatient physical therapy clinic providing mostly orthopedics therapy with some neurological and sports rehab.
Compensation:$85 - $95K DOE. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We provide mainly outpatient orthopedics with some neurological and some sports specific rehab.
Patient population range from about 10 years old to 90+, serviced in a new 3500 q ft facility, by 4 full time PTs, 3 front desk and 7 aides.
Your responsibilities will include: Arrive on time, dressed appropriately and ready to work.
Perform evaluations and design treatment plans for a variety of patient diagnoses, primarily orthopedic in nature but occasionally neurological.
You should be able to problem solve well and perform appropriate manual interventions as well as devise and instruct in appropriate exercises.
Educate patients and potentially family members.
Maintain a safe environment for both patient and therapist or other staff.
Ready to assist others as needed.

You should also have a focused interest in Orthopedics and high value on critical thinking. If you also possess the OCS cert that would be perfect.
