We provide outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy, post-surgical rehab, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations.

We use an eclectic approach to physical therapy, where we take what we feel are the best parts from several different groups and approaches. We are a manual therapy based clinic utilizing an osteopathic model where we address the needs of the whole person.

We service patients from about 5 years old to 99 in a 3200 sq ft modern facility.

We are in need of another physical therapist who will assume these duties:

As an interdisciplinary team member, conducts physical therapy activities to help patients suffering from injury or disease to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

Provides and coordinates comprehensive physical therapy care to patients through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning, education, and implementation of the treatment plan in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice.

Work includes indirect patient care activities such as; documentation, scheduling, family training, attendance at rounds, interaction with the interdisciplinary team, participation in staff meetings, ordering supplies, and contributing to continuous quality control and performance improvement.

As our newest team member all we require from you are 2 things: 1) That you are teachable (regardless of years of experience) and 2) That you are still excited to learn.

Our core values are Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence. As long as these core values align with you, then we feel like a good fit can be ensured.

Why you should come work for us:

We offer a unique care model with assigned therapist teams of one physical therapist and one physical therapist assistant. This therapist team provides one-to-one care with their patients. Patients see the same providers during the whole case.

Our care model values continuity of care with individualized treatment plans that are executed by your care team. There is no dovetailing or seeing multiple patients at the same time.

We aim to provide focused patient-centered care to help patients return to their active lifestyles.
