ABOUT THE POSITION
We provide medical, dental, and mental health care to the Columbia, Salisbury and Marceline communities. Our mission is primary care with a focus on the medically underserved.
We provide these dental services to the public:
Preventive, restorative, comprehensive dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia, anxiolysis and oral sedation.
We service patients from 0 - 21 years of age and we usually service 19 or more patients per day.
Our practice is up to date technologically in 8 treatment rooms and we have 2 -3 dental assistants. The site has 10 treatment rooms; 2-3 chairs per dentist.
You will be expected to provide both primary and comprehensive preventive and therapeutic oral health care for infants and children through adolescence, including those with special health care needs.
We are willing to mentor - potential to lead to teaching opportunity with Pediatric Dental Residency Program.
We offer small town living in public health work with the feel of private practice. We do all the billing, hiring, etc.
