ABOUT THE POSITION

Located in eastern Washington where the sun shines 300 days per year we have a special group of people operating several clinics. They are expanding at a rapid rate and are looking for a PTA in their Pasco clinic.

As a PTA in this clinic you will be treating aquatic patients as well as land based manual therapy.

We have a great mentorship program for new grads and we will help you with certification of your choosing.

Our clinics offer Physical Therapy, Massage therapy, Aquatic Therapy and some basic woman's health care.

Patient population varies from 2 weeks to 100 years.

It is important that the therapists we hire are both Humble, Hungry (go getters - want to learn more) and Smart (people smarts - treats everyone equally and well - The golden Rule - Treats everyone the way they would want to be treated).  If you have these three qualities then we can teach you anything else you need to learn.

Why you should come work for us:

We have an exceptional culture of fun and caring.  Patients tell us all the time how fun it is to come in and work with us and how they can tell how much we care.

We have a high percentage of our patients who return to us again and again for our caring and fun atmosphere.

We also place a high emphasis on quality care and are constantly researching better ways to give our patients better care to show insurance carriers the value of physical therapy.

We also have a highly developed mentoring program for new hire therapists and new grads.  The career paths available are also many and highly supported with multiple different ways to learn and develop
