This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:

Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Why you should come work for us:
We are a small premium cosmetic dentistry group owned and operated by the group dentists.

While there are only a few of these groups in the US, we are one of the rarest - we offer our associates the opportunity to own part of our group after one year of service.

And we allow them to buy more of the group with each year of service. Why take the risk and start or own a business on your own when you can share the risk and hard work with partners? We use the Cleveland clinic as our business model and have grown double digits every year for 20 years.

Our culture is one of respect, cooperation, and competition. All of our providers aim to continue growing their skill-set and financial success.

Mentorship and camaraderie are important aspects of our group. This is proven by multiple employees with over 20 years of service.

As a dental group we are proud to provide care that single doctor offices cannot provide, in quality and breadth of skills and services. But as a privately owned group we also pride ourselves for not being corporate - after the money above our clients and providers. We call it the best of all worlds.
